Booking Policy

RATES AND TERMS

Standard Rates: Rates are based on a 10-hour workday, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Paradis Management.
Overtime Rates: Time-and-a-half applies after 10 hours, and double time applies after 12 hours. Overtime starts once the 10-hour workday is exceeded. Production cannot pass 16-hour days.
Travel Day Rates: Travel days will be billed at an hourly rate of USD150 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours charged if the talent is unable to perform any other tasks during travel. Client is responsible for all travel expenses (food, baggage, lodging, transportation, flights, etc...) unless agreed upon otherwise.
Men’s Underwear Rate: Applicable for briefs, boxers, and sleepwear.
Women’s Lingerie Rate: Applicable for bras, panties, slips, sleepwear, and pantyhose.
Nude/Artistic Nude Work:All productions involving nudity or artistic nudity will require the model, production, and Paradis Management to sign an NDA and work agreement to ensure mutual approval from all parties. In most cases, email correspondence will serve as the official record for negotiations, signatures, and approvals.
Management Fee: A 20% management fee will be added on top of or taken out of the presented rate unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing by Paradis Management.
Cancellation Policy:

Less than 2 working days’ notice: Full day rate charged.
3-4 working days’ notice: 50% of the day rate charged.
5 or more working days’ notice: No fee.
Fees may be waived if the production is rescheduled within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.

No fee for same-day cancellations or rescheduled bookings due to weather, as long as they occur within 48 hours.
Our cancellation policy applies to weather-related cancellations, as well.

Weather Permit and Secondary Options: When a secondary job is available for confirmation, you will have a maximum of 2 hours to confirm or release the talent on option.
Usage Rights: Usage rights are strictly limited to those specified in writing and may not be extended without further negotiations. All terms must be agreed upon in writing by all parties.
Social Media: Social media usage will be negotiated separately from standard web and electronic media usage unless explicitly stated.
Office Hours:

Hourly Booking Available: Two (2) Hour Minimums
Ecommerce Day: Half & Full Day Bookings
Lifestyle / Editoral Rates: Half & Full Day Bookings
Commercials: Half & Full Day Bookings
National Campaigns Day Rates: Full Day Bookings
International Campaigns Rates: Full Day Bookings
T.V, Film, Podcast, Interviews: Full Day or Long Term Bookings
Invoice Payment: All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the job completion date, including all guaranteed buyouts. Late payments will incur a 10% finance fee after 30 days past due, with an additional 10% fee for every 30-day period thereafter.
